Current Junior/ Senior Student or Recent Graduate, majoring in business administration, law, marketing, journalism, communications, design, computer science or other related discipline, who are able to work 14 weeks, and least 20 hours a week.
Minimum GPA of 3.0 on 4.0 scale
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word, Excel and PPT.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in Azerbaijani and at least 3rd level (professional working proficiency) in English is must. Russian is a plus.
Self-directed and able to work without supervision
Strong analytical skills; Energetic and eager to tackle new projects and ideas
Excellent time management skills (requires an ability to prioritize, juggle simultaneous projects, and meet frequent deadlines).
Self-motivated, with a passion for working in IT company
Perfectionist with a keen eye for detail.
Sense of humor and strong willingness to learn
1. Department: HR/ Legal
1.1. HR Intern:
Update databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms
Assist the human resources team with a variety of projects including recruiting, training, interviewing, event coordination, employee communications, and other areas.
Post, update and remove job ads from job boards, careers pages and social networks
Prepare HR-related reports as needed
Review and distribute company policies
Participate in events and careers days
